Became a Perl enthusiast quite late, after many years in the academic world of type theory, lambda-calculus, and semantics of object-oriented languages. Now working for the Geneva Justice department, where he is actively promoting Perl as a major platform for enterprise development and integration. Active member of Geneva.pm, author of several CPAN modules, and french translator of J. Friedl's "Mastering Regular Expressions". Also an accomplished classical musician (tenor soloist) and yoga practitioner.
