As is traditional with conference packs, a few extra goodies rarely go unappreciated. Each pack will nclude the conference proceedings booklet, the 2 conference CDs (yes that's two CDs) and a host of items that sponsors have already donated.

If you're planning to send us goodies, please note that the deadline is Friday 18th August. All merchandise should be in quantities of at least 250, and should be delivery to:

Any delivery that arrives after this date cannot be guaranteed to be inserted into the conference pack. However, any later arrivals that miss the chance to be included with the pack, will be available to attendees from the registration desk.

Conference packs will be allocated to all attendees, including speakers, sponsors and staff. Any excess pack items will be either used as part of the conference auction, or be available to attendees on a first come first served basis. If you wish excess items to be returned to you, please notify us as all items will need to be collected. Those sponsors attending the final day's events, will be given the opportunity to take their items with them when they leave.
